Greencroft offers many rooms and amenities to members as well as groups renting The Greencroft Club for parties, meetings and other private events. Just minutes from Charlottesville, with ample parking available for any event.

The Main Dining Room has seating for 120 guests (with cushioned chairs and full dance floor) and up to 175 (with smaller chairs).
The built-in Dance Floor, and Copper bar, make this room an excellent venue for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, company luncheons or dinners, retreats, non-profit luncheons and dinners, cocktail parties or other private events.
Our Living Room, also with a Copper bar, is a more intimate space with seating up to 45 (with large cushioned chairs) or 55 (with smaller chairs). Outside the Living Room is a connected terrace that seats up to 35. Table umbrellas are available to provide shade.
These two rooms (Main Dining Room and Living Room) provide flexible space for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate or non-profit meeting spaces for luncheons or dinners, plus cocktail parties or other events.
Our Eades room upstairs, which seats 25, is perfect for smaller parties such as bridal showers and day after wedding brunch.
It also makes an excellent room for the Bride and her attendants with a connected dressing room with full length mirror, walk-in closet, and convenient connected bathroom.
The possibility for an event to please everyone is a true reality here at The Greencroft Club.
In season, our terrace (connected to the “Living Room” bar area) is a lovely outdoor space for garden parties, rehearsal dinners or a wedding reception. Use it for cocktails before dining in the Main Dining Room.
The variety of rooms at Greencroft Club offers great flexibility when planning your wedding.
The lawns around the main house and pool provide a perfect outdoor wedding venue.
There is enough lawn space to accommodate large outdoor tent weddings and wedding receptions.
Use the lawns to add some fun to your wedding reception with games such as croquet, bocce ball or cornhole.
We have a swimming pool with side baby pool. Tables, chairs, umbrellas and a large pergola line the pool. Men’s and Women’s bath houses are close by with changing rooms and showers. We offer full service food and beverage poolside during our normal dining hours.
We offer 8 dedicated pickleball courts to all of our members with optional rentals, private instruction or group lessons.
Greencroft’s platform tennis court is located behind the pool. We can supply paddles and balls.
